- We are making progress on our elementary reading and math, seeing steady gains with our new curriculum and professional development.
- We had a successful launch of standards-based grading at the elementary and grading changes at the secondary level (to remove behavior from the grades and ensure the grade represents what a student knows).
- The Continuous Improvement work continues and will no longer be a separate goal, but will be the process itself for identifying and pursuing our goals. It will continue to be based on Lean Leadership.
- We have work to do: our ACT results indicate that 1/3 of our students are college-ready in English and math, and that the move to test all students resulted in a significant decline in our English proficiency.
